Designer & Illustrator for Barrier Brewing Co. (2014 - Present)
When we began working together, it was for a few one-off bottles available only at the brewery. Since then, we have created close to 200 labels, while along the way helping spark the beer art label movement here in NYC.
Designer & Illustrator for Joust (2021-Present)
Close friends of mine moved to the Rhinebeck, NY area and started a small juice stand, they have since expanded into a café in the Catskill area. I have produced their logo and signage. We also produced reusable packaging for their line of juices that will be rolling out later this year. Oh, how sweet it is!
Designer for Alewife Brewing Co. (2018 - 2020)
The owner of the bar group that brought such bars as The Jeffrey and Fools Gold along with the "Mad Scientist" brewer from Sixpoint opened a brewery that was named Untappd's Best New Brewery of NYC. I've helped keep the brand stick out among the many brands near and far with a plethora of award-winning beer labels which were awarded in 2020 as one of the top 30 brands here in the States.
Branding & Design for Hell's Kitchen Hot Sauce (2014 - Present)
I was tasked with designing their logos and creating consistent, on-brand label and marketing designs. They are now host to numerous award-winning hot sauces and a fan favorite of sauces that compliment food.
Specialty Poster Designer for 4th Ave Pub (2012 - Present)
Kirk Struble (one of the owners) likes super intricate posters mostly based on movies and music album covers. We continue to collaborate on great posters that bring people to this awesome bar that won BARch Madness in 2014 for best beer bar in the NYC area and continues to be the spot I go for a pint.
Design for Marcelli Formaggi (2016 - 2018)
Andy Marcelli was a beer buyer for Eataly in New York when I first met him. When he decided to leave his post, he asked me to clean up his family business’s logo as well as create some brochure and mailers.
Branding & Design for The bar Group that brought us: Fools Gold, The Jeffrey & The Rochard (2014 - 2018)
After designing the Fools Gold logo I worked hard at unifying the bars together graphically. I produced multiple logos and promotions including graphics for various events as well as growlers for three of their locations.
Branding & Design for Jimmy’s No.43 & Beer Sessions Radio (2014 - 2017)
Jimmy approached me for logos and promotionals for various pop-up food and drink events, including Oktoberfeast, Ciderfeast, Mardi Gras NYC and Beer Sessions Radio. Sadly, after 12 years of service in the same location, this legendary bar shuttered its doors in 2017. Jimmy still continues to throw big food and drink bashes around the city including, most recently, Brisket Kings London.
Designer for Whistle Pig Rye Whiskey (2015-2016)
I produced a booklet featuring various pigs from their farm and distillery as well as a shipping box and a great illustration of their distillery, designed by world-renowned whiskey legend, David Pickerell (RIP Dave!)
Behance Portfolio Reviews organizer & reviewer (October 2017)
Behance asked me to organize a portfolio review session which I thought would be fun. I invited great colleagues who were very helpful to people who were seeking to tighten up their portfolios.
